A little about me...
I was first introduced to yoga after graduating as a professional dancer. It became clear to me very quickly that yoga was a natural step for me to take.
It became a way for me to strengthen and stretch as well as, amongst the daily stresses of life, allowed me to tune in to my body and mind without the judgment I was used to within dance.
After practicing for a number of years myself I decided to continue my training and complete my 200hrs in Ashtanga and Vinyasa at Sampoorna in Goa, India.
I enjoy bringing the fluidity of dance to my classes as well as a sense of fun and freedom!
Acknowledging where you are in the here and now without judgment or expectation is one of the hardest things I have learnt so far in my yoga journey. It is this mentality that I like to bring to my classes and help my students to feel guided and nurtured.
